Terms of Service
These terms keep things clear between you and VibeBlueprint — what the Service does, how credits work, and what each side is responsible for.

Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VibeBlueprint(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
VibeBlueprintis an AI-assisted workspace for planning software products — turning your ideas into structured briefs, prompts, specifications, and build plans. The Service helps you plan; it does not build or guarantee a working product on your behalf.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (at least 16).
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- If you sign in with Google, you authorize us to access basic profile information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Credits and payment
- The Service uses a credit system. Quick prompts consume quick credits and deep blueprints consume deep credits, as described on our pricing page.
- Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. By buying credits you authorize the applicable charge.
- Prices and credit rules may change; changes apply to future purchases, not credits you already hold.
- Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once consumed.
If a generation fails due to a problem on our side, contact us at support@vibeblueprint.app and we will make it right.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent rate limits or security controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
- Submit content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, abusive, or designed to harm others.
Your content
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the blueprints you generate (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service — including sending it to our AI provider to produce your requested output.
You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to submit it.
AI-generated output
The Service uses AI to generate plans and suggestions. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific needs, and similar output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it. AI output is not professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice.
Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and the VibeBlueprint name and logo, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written permission.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, Google, and Vercel. Your use of features that depend on these providers may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet your requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeBlueprint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the Service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
