Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VibeBlueprint(“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our AI build-plan workspace at vibeblueprint.appand related services (the “Service”).

We keep data collection to what we need to run the Service and we never sell your personal information.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information.Your name and email address when you sign up. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and stored only as salted hashes — we never see your plaintext password.
• Google sign-in data. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account to create and identify your account.
• Content you create. The project briefs, prompts, specifications, and blueprints you generate or save in the Service.
• Payment information. When you buy credits, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited transaction details, but we never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage and device data. Basic analytics such as pages visited, approximate location, browser, and device type, collected to keep the Service reliable and secure.

We use the information above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account.
• Generate, score, and store the build plans you request.
• Process credit purchases and apply credits to your account.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Improve the product and respond to support requests.
• Send you essential service messages (for example, account or billing notices).

When you generate or score a blueprint, the inputs you provide are sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, to produce the output. This is a core part of how the Service works.

We do not use your content to train our own models. OpenAI’s handling of API data is governed by its own terms and privacy commitments. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal data in your prompts.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Service (our “subprocessors”):

• Supabase— authentication and database hosting for your account and content.
• OpenAI— AI generation and scoring of your blueprints.
• Stripe— payment processing for credit purchases.
• Google— optional sign-in (OAuth) when you choose “Sign in with Google”.
• Vercel— application hosting and privacy-friendly usage analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your session across pages. We also use limited, privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, or request deletion, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, scoped database access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to respond quickly if an issue arises.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Request a copy of your content in a portable format.

Our providers may process and store data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the Service.
